Terms of Service

SnipCopy provides a macOS application and associated cloud service that uses AI to extract text from selected regions of your screen and places the result on your clipboard. We offer a free tier with daily usage limits and a paid Pro tier with unlimited usage.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your bearer token. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@snipcopy.xyz.

You must be at least 13 years old to use SnipCopy. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to use SnipCopy to:

• Capture or extract content from screens you are not authorized to view
• Circumvent copy-protection on content you do not have rights to reproduce
• Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or abuse our API endpoints
• Resell or sublicense access to the service

Pro plans are billed monthly ($5/month) or annually ($50/year). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

The 7-day free trial does not require a credit card. After the trial ends, your account reverts to the free tier unless you subscribe.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds.

SnipCopy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third-party AI infrastructure and may be subject to occasional outages. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email if changes are material. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
